Hawaii Youth Symphony's Na Mele Fundraiser

 

We are happy to announce a show you don't want to miss: Hawaii Youth Symphony I with entertainers Jimmy Borges and The Waitiki 7 this Sunday, October 20, from 4 to 8pm which includes dinner and show. 

 

The Waitiki 7 is also performing at Doris Duke Theatre on Tuesday, Oct 22 at 7:30pm.

Empress Saxophone Endorser: Rob Scheps Core-Tet

The Rob Scheps Core-Tet group performed on June 14 and June 15 at Smalls, New York. Led by tenor/soprano saxophonist Rob Scheps, this jazz quintet performed original songs as well as music by Charles Tolliver, Billy Harper, Bob Brookmeyer, Walt Weiskopf, and Cole Porter.

Gabe Baltazar releases autobiography!

The Hawaii State Art Museum was the hot spot on July 6, 2012.  Mr. Gabe Baltazar gave a magical performance in celebration of the release of his autobiography, entitled "IF IT SWINGS, IT'S MUSIC," capturing the attention and hearts of all who attended.
